Kapt (Rtd) Hajah Norleza Bte Adnan LLB is currently the Managing Director to Jaya Unjur Sdn Bhd. She served RMAF for 15 years in Legal & Logistic department before leaving and joining entrepreneurship in aviation industries.

Pn Leza started her career as sales representative utk Kellstrom in 2008 and further joined G7 Aerospace in 2010.

 

Her humble journey blooms from sales manager to Managing Director is a testament to her unwavering dedication, strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership abilities. Her early career experiences have played a pivotal role in shaping the values and principles that define our organization today.

Under her guidance, the birth of Jaya Unjur Sdn Bhd in 2014 up until now has continues to thrive, setting benchmarks for excellence in the industry.
